Pandora Jewelry hosted their annual sales conference for retail staff in Orlando, FL at Disney’s Yacht Club Resort & needed a way to make their main entrance, hallway, & ballroom make a splash as employees prepared for team building, company announcements, and upcoming product line teases.

Teaming with NYC agency Triptent, we were tasked with elevating the gatherings & mixers before and after keynote programming to entertain over 2,000 Pandora employees, creating immersive moments and gathering points between general sessions and receptions. This year’s conference theme was Pandora’s Dream Summit.

We created a space that made you feel like you just walked into a dream, with fabricated clouds, dreamy cloudscape graphics, Pandora Jewelry display cases & ethereal pink and white lighting.

As you walk through the hallway, you pass 20 QR code signs, each leading to a unique trivia page asking Pandora employees to test their knowledge of their company’s history.

Pandora Jewelry employees were encouraged to participate in an initiative where they write about their dreams and aspirations on dream cards and then drop them into a cloud-shaped mailbox. This is a way for employees to share their goals and inspire each other, while also creating a sense of community within the workplace. It may also be a way for management to gain insight into their employees' aspirations and work towards supporting them.

Pandora wanted to showcase its newest technology, the Engraving Machine, with a particular emphasis on the “Doodle” feature. I was lucky to have the chance to be the illustrator on site, demonstrating the new feature & creating live custom doodles for Pandora Employees that would be engraved in real time on Pandora Charms.
